By accessing or using StoHab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
StoHab is a discipline-tracking application inspired by Stoic philosophy. We provide tools for timer-based discipline tracking, AI-powered philosophical guidance (Senecai), and community engagement.
3. User Conduct
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
4. Virtual Items & Virtue Points
Virtue Points and Badges are virtual items used for motivation and engagement. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments for "Pro" features are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected.
6. Limitation of Liability
StoHab and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service. We provide philosophical guidance for educational purposes only; it is not a substitute for professional mental health advice.
